This is another attempts to build an "ion engine" this time powered by a high voltage SSTC. It is simply a piece of tin foil folded into the shape of a letter "Z" with sharpened ends to get maximum ionisation ;) connected to the output of an solid state tesla coil.

This isn't exactly the same as ion engines used in spaceflight but it is reasonably close.
