I decided to push it to the limits and walk along the razor's edge! .4 grams of active material can do 2.2 volts and 650 milli-amps instantaneous power delivery.
My theory is that when pushed into electrolysis hydrogen evolves at the anode creating a temporary fuel cell. This hydrogen can be reduced by sitting next to an oxygen functionality on the carbon allowing an insane instantaneous power delivery as the hydrogen dumps its electron on discharge.
