(24V) Solar TS SS SSG Charging 12V Running 20 watt load

This video shows the use of a John Bedini inspired Tesla Switch Oscillator Solid State Simplified School Girl circuit. Shown in the video, it is powered by (2) 10 watt monocrystalline panels connected in series and then ran through 30,000 uF 80V caps. It runs a 20 watt load and yet still charges the battery. Maximum output on the panels is around 580 mA, and that, in this case, is not doubled, rather the input voltage is, to about 42V open circuit. It appears this works much better than taking a 12V solar panel, hooking up a SS SSG, and going that route.
