555 Timer PWM LED Light Dimmer circuit

A simple and efficient PWM LED and Lamp dimmer using timer IC NE555 and MOSFET. Here 3V DC Lamp brightness is controlled using (Pulse Width Modulation) PWM method, generated from IC555 operating in Astable Oscillator mode. The frequency of PWM pulses is varied using a trimmer which supplies gate signal to the MOSFET. The brightness of the lamp varies according to the pulse frequency.
