Finally got the foundry furnace going, Furnace is using sand to insulate and keep heat in with no problems so far, much better then cement or expensive firebrick.

Fuel : #1 #2 diesel & WO/ WVO
Warm up: 5 minutes
Working temperature: 2400º - 2700º + ( Using Heat Color Chart)
Maximum working temperature: Yet to be determined

Total build cost: $50
* I only had to purchase the barrel and brass fittings the rest is recycled materials or materials I already had.
Total build hours: 30
*Burner took about 20 hours alone which included building, tests, adjustments
