Ovo je snimka mog robota u akciji.

Izradio sam ga kao praktičnu komponentu svog diplomskog rada pod nazivom "Analiza djelotvornosti sustava za automatsko praćenje Sunca". Funkcija ovog robota je konstantno usmjeravanje solarnih panela direktno prema Suncu s ciljem povećanja dobivene električne energije, jer solarni paneli daju maksimum energije baš kada "gledaju" prema Suncu.

Logička komponenta, tzv. mozak, ovog modela, jest Arduino platforma. Senzori za svjetlo su fotootpornici, a za pokretanje se koriste stepper (koračni) motori.

This is a video of my robot in action.

I've built it as a practical component of my final college thesis titled "Efficiency analysis of solar tracking systems". This robot's function is to constantly adjust the solar panels to directly face the Sun because their power output is at it's maximum when they are facing the Sun.

The brain of the system is the Arduino platform. I've used photoresistors as the light sensors, and the stepper motors for moving the assembly.
