Asymmetrical Capacitor Thrusters with Multiplier

This clip shows a test of my asymmetrical capacitor thrusters with a new power source: a 12,000 volt neon sign transformer and a Cockroft-Walton voltage multiplier. The multiplier converts the NST output to about 48,000 volts DC (not 46,000, as I misspoke in the video). See http://www.instructables.com/id/Asymmetrical-Capacitor-Thrusters-the-Biefeld-Brow/ for how the thrusters were made.
