Baking pizza in solar oven, two stages of cooking

When making a pizza in a solar oven from scratch, unless you have an oven that gets hotter than 325, you will need to bake the dough first because you don't have a top or bottom heating element in a solar oven, or at least the average solar oven. What this means is certain foods have to be cooked in several stages in the lower heat. Here you will see I am baking the crust first. The reason to do this is the top will become soggy if you put the whole thing covered with toppings, unless you have a way to intensify the heat above onto the top of the pizza to brown it.

So, I have always baked the crust first, then put the sauce and other toppings on and bake again.
