Bedini SG Dry cell charger

We are pulse charging a 9 volt DRY cell in this video with only 5.17 VDC! This is not possible using old school current charging where you need a HIGHER voltage from the battery charger than the battery you are charging. We are only drawing 280 milliwatts to do this amazing feat. our non profit class page has free info including videos on how to build various Bedini pulse chargers.

Drill 4 holes out to # 40 drill very accurately.

Get the allen head 4-40 bolts here:

Use brass, aluminum, stainless or plain steel rod thru the bearings and spacers to allow the wheel to float between the 2 aluminum angles.

The aluminum angle can be found at a hardware store. It 1 1/2" high x 1 1/2" long x ..060 thick. DO NOT USE STEEL!
