core drag test

As we know,as a magnetic field is built up within a laminated core or ferrite core-eddie currents occur.This causes core drag on a rotor that has PM's fitted to it,and increases current draw on an electric prime mover.So what would happen if the core already had a magnetic field within it?
This is just a small test setup to see what kind of core drag you get when there is a magnet field already in the core so as to be in attraction mode to the magnets on the rotor.As you will see-the rotor is very small and lite.This was to amplify any effect the core would have on the rotor-a worst case cenario
This is just the next step toward my lenzless generator setup.
