Many thanks to Urcoffeetastestoasty, for his recent demo of using a pulse/inverter circuit over 1 physical wire.
In this video continuing the Earth ground experiments, I show how the Earth itself makes for an efficient big wire to a good distance, even with all the likely electrical noise from local houses.
The 2W LOA mains bulb lights as well at 50ft with a ground stake, as it does directly wired with 2 wires.
The circuit used is common on YouTube, a transistor to a reverse connected transformer.
Battery is a 12V automotive lead/acid.
Current used is 160mA.
1x Ground stake is a 2ft piece of steel, the other at the bulb is a 6" piece of galvanised steel fencing.
