FAKE March for Science Pages Are Actually Hurting Science

Are you pro-science? Fake facebook pages for the March for Science are pretending to be official, while robbing the real march of funds and spreading misinformation, as discovered by the blog, A Science Enthusiast. Kim Horcher explains why this is bad for everyone.

"There are many imposter pages out there pretending to represent the March [...].These pages are very obviously attempting to portray themselves as the actual March for Science, NOT a local satellite March, and all either have posts visible on their pages directing users to a goo.gl link, are running ads, or both."*
