hho torch with built in flash back fire arrestor using sintered porous metal and combined with a spring valve

plates holes, electrolyte hole path are sealed with moulded gromet insulator.
current leakage will create electric arc, when arc stike on the plate surface
it will corrode the elctrode, current leakage actions also created unknown gases.
current leakage will slow down the heat generation giving pure hho.
