How to Make PC/Computer Monitor into High Voltage Power Supply

How to easily make a PC/computer monitor into a high voltage DC power supply, for up to 30 kilovolts. This is a flyback and tripler driven power supply but without having to mess with any of the parts. Simple open the power supply, attach some ground wires, safe that part that my be charged, remove the high voltage wire from the cathode ray tube (CRT), add a few resistors to protect the monitor from sparks, and you're done! The power supply is then demonstrated using a lifter and ion propulsion. I also measure the voltage using a FLUKE 80K-40 high voltage probe.
