Ion Engine - Final Prototype Demonstration

My latest journey into the fabulous world of lethal electronics. I know I can be very long winded, so if you're not interested in hearing about the design specifications or the explanation of the physics that I give, skip to the last minute or so to see the ion engine in action.

DISCLAIMER: I want to make it abundantly clear just how dangerous this project is, and if you're interested in doing it yourself, I highly recommend that you take the time to study up on handling high voltage circuits before doing so. I am NOT responsible for any damage you might inflict on part or person. Just be safe and, most of all, have fun!

If you have any questions about the project, feel free to ask in the comments section below.

Something I also forgot to mention in the video, the engine produces A LOT of ozone as a byproduct of the ionization reaction, which is toxic to humans in large quantities, so I wouldn't advise that you leave it running very long. There's a lot in this project that can kill you, both in the long and short term, so please PLEASE be careful.
