The first thing I've done using a CAD software, SolidWorks.
This is a Lamina flow Stirling engine model.
It's build around a test tube, 100mm long, 16mm diameter.
The cylinder/piston assembly is a modified actuator from AirPot. You can get a free sample of this specific actuator here:
The flywheel is 90mm diameter and 15mm thick.
Finally, the crankshaft support column position is ajustable to allow a more precise assembly.
Every part will be built using aluminium.
