Although this experiment has already been done many times before and posted here on youtube, I still couldnt resist the urge to see for myself what was going on, and make a video of it.

The experiment involves a single double A battery, 2 magnets (although one could be used) and a small nail and a wire.

The electrons flow through the wire and then through the magnets and nail, to arrive at the battery again. As the electrons move through the magnetic vortex that emanates from the magnets, they are swept into a whirlwind and this is what causes the magnets and nail to spin. The spinning electrons collide with the metal in the magnet and nail and are pulled along with them. The electrons drag the material they are traveling through with them as they are swept along within the energy vortex or magnetic 'wind'.

The magnets and nail spin very very fast in my experiment, and become a magnetic gyroscope. Here is a quote from a book I read long ago.

~ "Dr. Harold Aspden of Cambridge University discovered a related phenomenon. He attached a powerful magnet to a gyroscope and spun it at high speeds. He measured the amount of energy required to accelerate the gyroscope to full speed to be a 1000 Joules. Now to his surprise when he stopped the gyroscope from spinning and restarted the gyroscope to spin again within 60 seconds after it stopped, it required 10 times less energy to spin the gyroscope to the same speed. The spin of the gyroscope had added extra spin to the ether that sustains the gyroscope that lasted for a while before it wore off, rather like the momentum stored in the tea of a teacup after stirring it with a teaspoon. We now know that spinning magnets are strong torsion wave generators." ~

Fixed field theory is the theory that states that the magnetic field of all magnets remains stationary and fixed (locked) in space while the material of the magnet move around it (the projected field). For example, if a magnet is spun on its axis, the magnetic field is not effected. It is only the atoms of the magnet (iron) that are spun around the magnetic field while the field remains stationary. So, in my experiment what is happening is that the electrons are being spun by the field as they pass through it and causing the material of the magnet to spin along with them.
