I simply examined Frank Fecera's patent and reconstructed it in a 3D modeling software Maxon Cinema 4D. A rough version with a single vertical rotor was prototyped by my own trusty pair of hands, and the conclusion was that this perpetual motion machine design appears to be non-functional in terms of infinite energy generation from the so-called "zero point field".
I can't say 100% that it does not work, because I only used one vertical rotor and tried only one magnetic field array configuration (the patent covers many configurations). What I can say about it is that it seems to be a good method of scaling mechanical energy in the same fashion as mechanical gear train. In other words, this device appears to generate no zero point energy, however it is a useful mechanical force multiplier technique.
