Peltier Module Powered Joule Thief - Gutted From a Wine Cooler

In this video I simply take the guts of a used $4 wine cooler I found at the thrift store and make a candle powered peltier module energy harvester for a joule thief light. It has a secondary chamber for cold water, a metal thermos sort of container that fits where the wine bottle used to go. It outputs at highest about 1.10V @ 280 mA, ( if measured open circuit ). Perhaps about .7V @ 100mA while running. Or so. I think i need to remove the foam insulation from the cold chamber to better keep the top side cooled.
