cooking in a solar oven.It got up to 250 today but not hot enough or long enough to cook a 5 pound chunk of beef. Everything was cooked safely enough to eat but the meat was a bit on the rare side. The veggies where cooked and soft like veggies should be. If the meat had been 3-4 pounds it might have been done enough for my wife. It was a partly cloudy day but I still managed to keep it at least 225 for a few hours. When I finish the reflectors,if it doesn't get up past 300 I'll be very surprised.
