This project deals with wireless charging for mobile phone by microwave energy harvesting from mobile station. Here radiation from mobile station a form of RF energy can be converted to DC form of energy by using a circuit named RECTENNA at an optimum operating point. Rectified output sent to power control for an optimum power level. With this technique you can use your mobile phone without thinking about the battery stand by. This technique works on microwaves. Microwave is sent with the message by the transmitter. There are some additions in mobile phone to apply this technique as a sensor, a rectenna circuit and a filter. With this technique the need for separate chargers for mobile phones is eliminated and makes charging universal.
